HOW TO KNOW UAN (UNIVERSAL ACCOUNT NUMBER) 2021

                                                       INTRODUCTION

 UAN (Universal account number). The UAN have a novel 12 digit and is given by EPFO (Employee Provident Fund Organization). Like PAN (Permanent Account Number) UAN will remain same even when you change your job from one company to another.

 

                      HOW TO KNOW UAN (UNIVERSAL ACCOUNT NUMBER)

If your employer did not give you your UAN number. You can  know your UAN by following this procedure:-

 

STEP 1: Go to UAN member portal http://unifiedportal.mem.epfindia.gov.in.

STEP 2: On the bottom of your right hand side of the screen you will see “Know your UAN status “Click on it.

STEP 3: Enter your Aadhar number or PAN number and then enter your name- DOB- Mobile number – Email id – Captcha and click on “Get Authorize Pin”

You will receive an OTP (one time password) on you registered mobile number.

STEP 4: Click on “Validate OTP and UAN" after entering your OTP which you received in your registered mobile number.

STEP 5:your UAN will be ship off your phone number.

NOTE: You have to use your phone number linked with you Aadhar or PAN.
